Exhibition

The meeting will be highlighted by an important exhibition (77 booths of 9 sqm). The exhibition will cover ALL AREAS OF ACOUSTICS (instruments, equipment, software, services…).
The exhibition hall is conveniently located near the registration area and meeting rooms. In order to improve the contact between the participants and the exhibitors, both morning and afternoon coffee breaks as well as the opening reception will be held in the exhibition area.
The exhibition will open on Monday, 30 June, and will close Friday, 4 July (installation on Sunday, 29 June).

Exhibitors will benifit of the following advantages:

*Prices include all taxes. The conference is not liable to VAT. A discount of 5% is given to Companies or Institutions who are sustaining members of the ASA, the SFA or any National Society of the EAA.

Payment information

You have to proceed to the payment for validating your reservation and receive additional technical informations related to the exhibition (NB: the payment must be performed within 30 days and before the begining of the conference).
Payment can be made by bank check,  credit card, bank transfer.
Payment at one time (but other payment terms can be considered with the treasurer).

Cancellation policy

Cancellation sent before march 1st will be subject to a 50% charge. Thereafter, refund is not possible.
