Registration
ONLINE PROCEDURES SHORT FORM
ALL PROCEDURES concerning the conference (registration, submission, payment…) MUST BE CARRIED OUT ONLINE.
In order to automate the whole process, each participant will be given a REGISTRATION IDENTIFIER.
The automatic procedure will be achieved in the following way:
- REGISTER (name, address, email…). APPLY FOR ALL OTHER SERVICES (register): paper proceedings, accompanying person, banquet tickets, luncheons, etc.
The system will provide a REGISTRATION IDENTIFIER (confirmation number and password) that must be used for all future communications and actions. A CONFIRMATION EMAIL will be sent to the email address provided in item 1. Please keep this information for future contacts. - SUBMIT an ABSTRACT (deadline: 10 January 2008) the system will provide an ABSTRACT IDENTIFIER (abstract number and password). For authors, submission can be made after either step 1 or 3. A CONFIRMATION email will be sent to your address.
- PAY REGISTRATION FEES: secure credit card payment system is available and is the preferred method of payment, bank transfer is also accepted, bank address and details available online (deadline for early registration and payment: 8 February 2008). For online
payment, a CONFIRMATION will be sent to your email address. - SUBMIT A FULL OPTIONAL PAPER: upon acceptance, the corresponding author who has payed will be given the opportunity to submit an optional full paper (deadline: 7 May 2008).
Of course, items 1 to 3 can be achieved all at once.
