• For acoustical society members: your society membership number and the name of your acoustical national society. For instance, a German participant will fill out DEGA-XXXXX in the EAA box, Spanish participant will have to use SEA-XXXXX, etc. )
• A recent photograph (jpeg format, maximim size 100 ko)
• A pdf copy of your student card if you register as student (send it to acoustics08[at]laposte.net)
• A pdf copy of your passport if you need a visa
